Norigae is a traditional hanbok accessory (pendant) worn with the jeogori or skirt. In this workshop you can craft your own Norigae or try a diffuser Norigae.

Where is the workshop held?

In Yangjae-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Exact directions are provided after booking.

Is the class suitable for foreigners?

Yes. English guidance is available. No prior craft experience is required.

How long is the class and what is included?

The session lasts about 1.5–2 hours. Same-day booking may be available. All materials are included and welcome tea is provided.

Do you offer other Korean cultural experiences?

Yes. We also run a mini moon jar (dalhangari) craft and share short insights on Korean aesthetics and traditional Korean music (gugak). Practice-room tours may be available depending on schedule.

Q. Can beginners join?

A. Absolutely. Even first-time participants can enjoy the process. We share an easy recipe and guide you through color mixing, scent selection, and carving — all hands-on in this one-day class.

Q. Can elementary school students join?

A. Yes. Elementary students can join alone, but as knives and hot wax are used, safety guidance must be followed. Preschool-aged children, even if able to use a knife, cannot participate alone; a guardian must be present.

Q. How long does the fragrance last?

A. On average, about 2 months. It lasts longer in smaller spaces and may feel lighter in larger ones.

Q. Do you offer group classes?

A. Yes. Up to 6 people in the studio. For off-site classes, we bring an assistant instructor and prepare in advance according to headcount. Please inquire via KakaoTalk or Naver TalkTalk for details.
